Very cosy granite cottage with magnificent views over the picturesque harbour of Newlyn and spectacular Mounts Bay. The cottage is Grade II listed, has a romantic setting and retains many original features including beamed ceilings and wooden curved stairs. There is an enclosed cobbled courtyard, linhay and garden to the rear. Penzance, the Newlyn Art Gallery and Mousehole are close by. Conveniently located in easy reach of shops, pubs and restaurant (200 yards). Lounge, kitchen/diner, large bathroom with roll top bath, shower cubicle, toilet & basin, double bedroom (overlooking the harbour).
