This converted stable (shown from rear in photo) lies in the grounds of Acomb Grange in the City of York, 2 miles from the city centre, on a site of archaeological interest. The cottage stands adjacent to the owner's home with a further two cottages (under separate ownership) and a small (5 vans) caravan site close by. The City of York is renowned for its large variety of museums, excellent restaurants and theatre, and is ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. Racing at York, Wetherby, Thirsk and Ripon. The Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, both within 1/2 hours drive. Pub and shop ½ mile.
