This delightful single storey cottage, attached to the owners home, overlooks Rookery Brook in a secluded area of the beautiful Teign Valley in Dartmoor National Park. The extremely well maintained interior is comfortable and well equipped and has its own fenced garden, there is some additional access to the owners land. The area is great for birdwatching, cycling and walking. A good base to explore the moors and is only a half hours drive to the sea. Shops and pubs in Christow. Exeter, 8 miles.
