Set on the River Tamar with private moorings, this truly is a superb location. From this 150 year old boathouse you can study an array of bird life and watch the salmon jump. Just 14 miles up river from Plymouth Sound, the splendid viaduct built between 1901-1907 and the steep Cornish bank of the Tamar dominate the scene. Just ¼ mile down river by footpath lies the medieval house and estate of Cotehele with its river quay, watermill and woodland walks. Shops and pubs 150 yards.
