Far reaching views Wonderful location This grand 19th century sea captain's house stands proud in a terrace of attractive properties, and provides far reaching views across Falmouth harbour and out to sea. Within the house are three beautiful apartments refurbished and equipped to a good standard. This wonderful location provides easy access to a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants that are just a short walk away. There are regular passenger ferry trips to Flushing and St. Mawes from the Prince of Wales pier nearby, and in the summer season, down the Fal and Helford estuaries, an absolute must. Falmouth is renowned not only for its sailing and fine sandy beaches, but also for its Maritime Museum. There are wonderful coastal walks, castles and gardens all close by, not to mention the numerous golf courses and driving ranges within 2 miles. Shops and pubs 5 minute walk.
