Also close by Fowey, Par and Menabilly which have been immortalised by the novelist ’Daphne du Maurier’. The sandy beach of Pentewan is just 3 miles and bikes can be hired to cycle the Pentewan Trail. Heritage sites include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the famous Eden Project and many NT properties.
