Set on a working beef farm, only half a mile from a sandy beach stretching to Ravenglass (1 mile further) which has Roman bath ruins and a miniature railway, with Muncaster Castle close by. Drive along Eskdale, over Hardknott Pass and Wrynose Pass to the Langdales, Ambleside and Grasmere with access to Lakes Windermere, Ullswater and Derwentwater, and Keswick. Shop and pubs 2 miles._Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. First floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower room with toilet.
