This grade II listed house is set in its own 40 acres of organic pasture land with the river Piddle running through. East Farmhouse has a lovely 1½ acres of mature garden with lots of different areas for all the family to explore. The house is filled with charm and many original features, the open fires are just perfect for that cold winter’s day or a cosy evening in, with flagstone flooring in the dining hall and halls. With a drawing room, sitting room and reception room there is plenty of space for a large group to spread out and the dining hall has one large table to seat 14 guests. To the east is the area known as the Purbecks where you can explore an RSBP reserve at Arne, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Cove, NT Corfe Castle and the seaside town of Swanage.
