Withycombe is a detached, extremely spacious, Edwardian villa, quietly positioned in the heart of the picturesque coastal resort of Sidmouth, and about 8 miles from the market town of Honiton. The property is close to the Sidmouth Golf Club and is a 5-minute level walk to the beach and the elegant Regency centre of Sidmouth with its many attractions including theatre, cinema, gourmet restaurants, spectacular Jurassic coastline and cliff-top walks. Sidmouth is part of a designated World Heritage Site from Lyme Bay to Exmouth. At the rear of the house, there is a glass-roofed verandah, leading to a large patio and lawned area. Beyond the lawned area is a stream with safety fencing and gate leading to a further paddock area with lawn, mature trees and shrubs. There is a timber sun deck at the end of the garden which catches the last of the sun’s rays in the evening and has lovely views over the house and beyond. _Four steps to entrance.
