Tucked away in the narrow back lanes of Instow’s old fisherman cottages sits this delightful cottage. One of a row, the holiday cottage is situated yards from Instow’s pretty beach which fronts the Taw Torridge Estuary. Instow’s shops, restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance. During the summer, there are some amazing sunsets to enjoy whilst taking a stroll along the beach or parade. The town of Bideford is a short journey; a trip to Lundy Island can be organised from the quayside. Westward Ho! (2 miles) has a long stretch of sand and good surf. The house is also ideally located to visit Exmoor, the North Cornwall/Devon coastline, Clovelly, Bucks Mill and Hartland Quay.
