Totnes is the nearest town with pretty individual shops selling an array of unusual gifts and treasures._Dartmouth can be reached by car or by boat and is one of the oldest towns in England, steep with atmosphere, quaint streets and historical buildings. Torquay, Paignton and Brixham offer many beaches, shopping, pretty harbours, sea front walks and family entertainment. A full inventory can be supplied on request._Shop and pub 0.5 miles._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Second floor: 1 twin bedroom plus single bed._Gas central heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, video, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
