Situated in the heart of the New Forest National Park_These holiday apartments are set in the heart of the New Forest National Park in the centre of the town of Lyndhurst, with a good selection of local shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartments are on the road which leads through the town, both have their own private entrance and are well presented offering a great base for your holiday. _The area offers many outdoor activities including walking, horse riding, golf, cycling and bird watching, as well as plenty of unspoilt countryside to enjoy. Hampshire was enjoyed by the English novelist Jane Austen, with her house and museum in Chawton, and her final resting place in Winchester Cathedral. There are many activities for all to enjoy, including the nearby Marwell Zoological Park, New Forest Otter and Owl Wildlife Park, Beaulieu Abbey, Palace and Motor Museum and Exbury Gardens. _You can also take the ferry for a day trip to the Isle of Wight from the small sailing town of Lymington, with its weekly market. Further afield, but well worth a trip, are Monkey World and the Tank Museum near Wool. Southampton, with its shopping centre and Portsmouth with its maritime history makes a good day out whilst beach lovers will enjoy a day by the sea on the unspoilt coastline 30 minutes away, or the Blue Flag beaches of Bournemouth and Poole._Shops, pubs and restaurants 400 yards._Stairs to entrance.
